Our Mission
To improve the quality of life for everyone we touch.
Our mission is only successful if we continue traveling. The journey, not the destination, defines our mission’s success. As we travel with our patients along the healthcare continuum, our primary goal always remains: to improve our patients’ quality of life. But along the way, we encounter many people that contribute and help us achieve our goals. At ACS, we respect each contributor, no matter how big or small, direct or indirect their input. Albeit the secondary goal, improving the quality of life for all the contributors only helps achieve the first and therefore makes our mission successful.
Who are the contributors? This is the key question. For us, the answer is simple but sometimes hard to recognize while on the journey: the patients themselves; family & loved ones; nurses, aides & techs; maintenance and cleaning staff; other ancillary staff and suppliers; partners; fellow colleagues; executives & administrators; simply put everyone we touch, directly and indirectly.
Our Approach
Our Vision
We see healthcare becoming more and more specialized as patient care and the medical environment become increasingly complex. Our vast experience and knowledge in acute medicine has ACS uniquely prepared for any current day challenges. Our innovative, collegial culture keeps ACS well positioned and poised for the future.
Our providers are dedicated to the facilities they serve and therefore better positioned to deliver superior care and achieve outstanding outcomes. We are looking for like-minded partners who are aligned with the ACS CARE model. Our goal: Drive clinical outcomes while strengthening our partnerships' bottom line.
Our Story
Our Values: C+A+R=E2
At ACS, our values are the ingredients for success on our mission. As we travel along the healthcare continuum with our patients, we embrace three pertinent core values: Compassion, Altruism and Resolution
When we approach each encounter on our mission with these core values, we produce Exceptional Experiences.
